Our ceramics markets are led by current studio members - the people who have found their way here and stayed.
Many of them first arrived through a course, unsure of where the work might lead, and gradually built a practice on their own terms. Not everyone is working towards a business. For most, this is something quieter and slower: a way of staying close to material alongside everything else that fills their week.
You’ll meet makers refining techniques, testing glazes, or returning to familiar forms. What connects the work isn’t a single look, but a shared attentiveness to process - and a sense of caring for the space and each other as the work evolves.
The markets carry that same feeling. The pieces are small-batch and one-off, often showing the marks of how they were made: thoughtful, personal, sometimes experimental. There’s care in them, and time. Small decisions, held over many hours.
You’re welcome to drop in, browse, ask questions, or simply have a nosy. No rush. Just come and see what people have been working on.
