Our studio tours are an opportunity to step inside the working life of Sunken Studio.

You’ll be welcomed into the space, shown how the studio is set up, and given time to look around as things unfold. You’ll see work in progress, the rhythms of the day, and how people move between making, testing, glazing and firing.

Along the way, a member of the team will talk you through how the studio operates as a working system: how the space is organised, how firings are managed, and how people share resources and time.

There’s space to ask questions as you go, and no expectation to arrive knowing anything in advance. Tours are for anyone who is curious about pottery, the studio, or whether this might be a place they’d like to return to.
